CommonLink applies transparent pricing to beneficiary organisations using the Platform to collect, track and document the use of donations.

1. Donors

Using CommonLink is free for donors.

When making a donation, the donor may leave a voluntary contribution to CommonLink. This contribution is optional. It may be dynamically suggested or pre-filled, but the donor can modify it or reduce it to zero before confirming the payment. The voluntary contribution is expressed including all taxes.

2. Beneficiary organisations

CommonLink charges beneficiary organisations service fees corresponding to:

8% excl. VAT of the donations collected

Applicable VAT is added to these fees. These fees are borne by the beneficiary organisation. They are not deducted from the gross donation at the time of the donor's payment. They are invoiced monthly.

3. Payment and technical fees

Payment and technical processing fees corresponding to:

2% of the donations collected

are also charged to the beneficiary organisation. These fees cover in particular:

• payment processing;
• technical infrastructure;
• operations necessary for the Platform's functioning;
• where applicable, certain operations related to transparency or blockchain technologies.

4. Indicative example

For €100 in donations collected by a beneficiary organisation:

5. Free visibility offer

CommonLink may offer a free plan allowing certain organisations to benefit from visibility on the Platform. This free offer does not allow donations to be received via CommonLink.

6. Specific terms

CommonLink may offer specific or negotiated pricing terms to certain beneficiary organisations, in particular based on their profile, collection volume, status, Platform usage or a specific contractual agreement.

7. No hidden fees

CommonLink charges no hidden fees. The fees applicable to beneficiary organisations are indicated on this page or in the applicable contractual terms.

8. Billing

Fees owed by beneficiary organisations are invoiced monthly, after donations are collected. Invoices are issued by CommonLink and transmitted to the beneficiary organisation according to agreed terms.
