CommonLink is a donation platform enabling associations, foundations, endowment funds, NGOs and corporate donors to collect, track and document the use of collected funds, with transparency and proof-of-use mechanisms.

CommonLink is aimed at associations, foundations, endowment funds, NGOs, corporate donors, and donors wishing to track how their funds are used. The service targets the French market at launch.

Yes. CommonLink is a social and solidarity economy company. An ESUS accreditation application has been submitted.

CommonLink is in the process of registering with ORIAS as an intermediary in participatory financing.

No. CommonLink is not a payment institution. Payment services are provided by authorised providers.

The donor creates an account, selects a campaign, makes a donation, receives a payment confirmation and can track their donation from their account. When applicable conditions are met, a tax receipt is generated by CommonLink on behalf of the beneficiary organisation.

No. Creating an account is required to make a donation via CommonLink.

No. The donor chooses a campaign but does not choose a detailed individual allocation of funds. The allocation is global to the selected campaign.

Donations are one-off at launch. Recurring donation features may be offered later.

At launch, CommonLink plans to accept bank cards and SEPA direct debit. Other payment methods may be added later.

In principle, a donation is final and non-refundable. A refund may however be considered in cases of double payment, manifest error, fraud, unauthorised payment, cancelled campaign or beneficiary organisation removed from the Platform. Requests should be sent to contact@common-link.org.

Unless stated otherwise, the donation is legally vested in the beneficiary organisation upon receipt, regardless of whether the displayed goal is reached.

The donation is made directly for the benefit of the beneficiary organisation. CommonLink does not legally collect the funds for its own account.

CommonLink charges beneficiary organisations 8% excl. VAT in service fees and 2% in payment and technical processing fees, invoiced monthly. The donor may also leave an optional voluntary contribution. See the Pricing page for details. Pricing

When the beneficiary organisation is eligible, tax receipts are generated by CommonLink on behalf of the beneficiary organisation. They may be sent by email and/or made available in the donor's account.

No. A digital certificate, NFT or complementary proof element does not constitute a tax receipt. A tax receipt is a separate document, generated on behalf of the beneficiary organisation when applicable conditions are met.

No. CommonLink does not guarantee the final use of funds by the beneficiary organisation. CommonLink provides transparency tools to track certain financial flows and present proof of use.

Proof of use refers to elements that document how funds were used: recorded transactions, submitted supporting documents, technical or blockchain data when these features are activated. These elements do not constitute exhaustive accounting or legal certification.

Certain CommonLink features may use blockchain technologies, including Polygon, to contribute to the transparency and documentation of flows.

Yes. CommonLink may use Monerium's services for certain features related to electronic money, EURe and flow transparency. Monerium is an authorised electronic money institution.

Yes. CommonLink may refuse, suspend or remove a beneficiary organisation or campaign in particular in cases of inaccurate information, KYC/KYB refusal, suspicion of fraud, serious dispute or legal risk.
